Chem-E-Car Competition
Teams are required to design a vehicle that carries a specified load for a given distance. Vehicles must pass a rigorous series of physical examinations and safety checks in order to proceed to the actual competition. The teams are judged based on three criteria: completion of a defined task, quality of their poster presentation, and design creativity. The winner advances to the National Chem-E-Car Competition. Companies have the opportunity to sponsor this headline event and present the awards to the winners.
